Qualifications or Performance：
1) The bidder must be the Goods’ manufacturer, or the only agent (directly) authorized by Goods’ manufacturer;
2) The manufacturer shall achieve the ISO9001 Qualification or other similar quality certification and furnish documentary evidence, and quality warranty systems for Goods machine, process, relevant test and inspection method.;
3) In the last 3 years, the bidder (or manufacturer) must have manufactured and/or have sales achievements of Goods in PRC  that are with the same specifications as required or similar Goods which criteria is not under the requirements of this project. A list of sales achievements must be provided, copies of sales contracts or Final Acceptance Certificates must be provided.
